Wallach Surgical merges with Summit Doppler

Dear Valued Customer,
To better serve your needs, Wallach® Surgical and Summit Doppler, two companies from which most distributors have been purchasing separately, are being consolidated. Effective October 1, 2012, Wallach Surgical Devices and Summit Doppler will be integrating products and services under the Wallach Surgical name.

Summit Doppler will continue to be an important brand name of Wallach Surgical Devices. Its product lines of high-performing vascular and obstetrical diagnostic systems will be a significant addition to Wallach Surgical. Effective October 1, 2012, when you order Summit Doppler products, your purchase order should be issued to Wallach Surgical Devices, as you will be invoiced under Wallach Surgical Devices. Please remit payments to:
Wallach Surgical Devices, P.O. Box 712280, Cincinnati, Ohio 45271-2280.

Because of the name change, please make appropriate changes to meet any other of your internal requirements. Product numbers, descriptions and associated references will remain unchanged. If you have not previously purchased from Wallach Surgical Devices, there is a possibility you may already have an account in our system based on other acquisitions. Please contact Wallach Customer Service to place your first order.

For those of you currently purchasing and utilizing Wallach Surgical and Summit Doppler products, you will see very little change in the way you contact, place orders with and access customer service. You may, however, see slight changes in telephone caller ID and email return addresses, which will all be under the Wallach Surgical name.

Any questions related to Summit Doppler or Wallach Surgical Devices invoicing on and after October 1, 2012, can be addressed by calling 1-866-650-8784 or by emailing ar@ar-specialist.com.
This change will ensure that our service and product quality remain at the same high level you have come to expect from Summit Doppler.
